Analyzing current operating procedures including provision for caretaker or janitorial service, building maintenance, landscaping, garbage removal, elevator service, security, insurance and other such services and contracts.
Reviewing existing budgets and operational history.
Evaluating tenant/occupant profiles, lease rates, leasing policy, screening procedures and the physical condition of building and equipment.
Reporting to owners with the results of our analysis together with recommendations for corrective physical and/or procedural measures if considered necessary.
